Terms of Service

By using the rifle dashboard and selfbot infrastructure ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

rifle provides a web dashboard and API that allows users to host Discord selfbot tokens, view logs, and control selfbots remotely. The Service interacts with Discord on behalf of users using their provided tokens.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. You are solely responsible for compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Using selfbots may violate Discord's rules; you assume all risks (including account termination).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The admin reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for violation of these Terms.

By using this Service, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the following:

The selfbot, when running, will record and transmit to our servers message logs (including content, author, channel, guild, timestamp, edits, deletions), command executions, reactions, and other Discord events from any channel where the selfbot has access.
These logs are stored in a central database and may be displayed to administrators and (for their own tokens) to the token owner.
No third parties (outside of the Service) receive this data, but it may be used for troubleshooting, security, and performance analysis.
You are responsible for informing any affected users (e.g., in your Discord servers) that message content is being logged.

6. Token Handling

You may upload Discord user tokens. These tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to authenticate with Discord API. You are responsible for any actions taken by your tokens. We are not liable for any account bans or losses resulting from your use of selfbots.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason (e.g., violation of ToS, abuse). You may delete your account via the dashboard (admin can also delete). Upon termination, your data may be retained for a limited period for legal purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rifle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
